Custom Nonwoven Sacks

Large drawstring laundry and storage sacks for hotels, healthcare, and warehousing — reusable, breathable, washable, and brandable in bulk.

A nonwoven sack is a large drawstring bag used to collect, move, and store soft goods: laundry, linens, clothes, and bulk items. It is the workhorse pack for hotels, hospitals, care homes, gyms, dorms, and laundry services, and for retail and warehouse storage. The nonwoven body is breathable, so contents stay fresh and odor stays down, and it washes and reuses many times. We build them from 50–100 GSM PP with a single or double drawstring and cord lock, double-stitched seams, in sizes from standard to extra-large, printed or labeled with your name for hotel and contract use.

Because we run fabric, printing, and sewing in-house, we set the size, drawstring, and fabric weight to your operation and hold it consistent across bulk and contract orders. Single or double drawstring; open or handled; plain, printed, or labeled.

Hotel and Hospitality Laundry Sacks

Hotels, resorts, and guesthouses run through laundry sacks daily, in guest rooms and in housekeeping. A drawstring nonwoven sack collects room laundry, moves it to the laundry, and stores clean linen, and it carries the property name printed or on a woven label. Breathable fabric keeps linen fresh, and the sack washes and reuses, so it works out cheaper per use than disposable liners on a property running high volume.

Healthcare and Facility Storage Sacks

Hospitals, care homes, gyms, and dorms use nonwoven sacks to sort and move linen, uniforms, and soft goods. Color-coding the sacks separates clean from soiled and speeds sorting, and double-stitched seams hold up to the load and the wash. For facilities buying on contract, we hold the size, color, and label consistent across repeat orders.

Retail and Warehouse Storage Sacks

For storage and moving, a nonwoven sack holds bulk soft goods: seasonal clothing, blankets, cushions, and stock. It packs down flat when empty, so it stores easily between uses, and the breathable body keeps stored textiles from trapping damp and odor. Retailers and warehouses use it as reusable storage that costs a fraction of rigid bins.

FAQs

What are nonwoven sacks used for?

They are used to collect, move, and store soft goods: laundry, linens, uniforms, clothing, and bulk stock. Hotels, resorts, hospitals, care homes, gyms, dorms, and laundry services use them for room and housekeeping laundry, and retailers and warehouses use them for reusable storage of seasonal and soft goods.

Are your sacks washable and reusable?

Yes. Our sacks are machine washable and built for repeat use, with double-stitched seams and a reinforced base that hold up to the load and the wash. The breathable nonwoven body also keeps contents fresher than a sealed plastic liner, which matters for linen and laundry.

Can you print or label them with our name?

Yes. We print your name or logo with silkscreen for solid colors or full-color for detailed artwork, and we can add a sewn woven label. Properties and facilities use the print or label to mark ownership and to brand guest-room laundry sacks.

What sizes and drawstring options do you offer?

We make single and double drawstring closures with a cord lock, and sizes from standard up to extra-large, plus optional carry handles. Tell us the load, the use, and whether the sacks need color-coding, and we will spec the size, drawstring, and handles to match.

What is your minimum order quantity, and do you support contract supply?

Our minimum order is flexible and depends on the size, drawstring, and printing, and we support contract supply with consistent size, color, and label across repeat orders. We can produce a sample before you commit to a bulk order, and we quote on standard export terms.

Are nonwoven sacks breathable and recyclable?

Yes. The nonwoven body is breathable, so it lets air through and keeps stored textiles from trapping damp and odor, and polypropylene is recyclable through soft-plastic recycling streams, though not every curbside program accepts it. We build ours on virgin PP, so the fabric and drawstring hold up through repeat washing and use.

Sourcing Nonwoven Sacks for Laundry and Storage

What a nonwoven sack is

A nonwoven sack is a large drawstring bag made from PP spunbond fabric, used to collect, move, and store soft goods. Unlike a small promotional drawstring bag, it is built for volume and repeat use in a working operation: room and housekeeping laundry in hotels, linen and uniform handling in healthcare, and bulk soft-goods storage in retail and warehousing. The nonwoven body is breathable, which keeps linen and clothing fresher than a sealed plastic liner, and it washes and reuses many times. Most run 50–100 GSM, light enough to stay breathable and fold flat, strong enough to carry a full load.

Drawstring and size options

For a working sack, the drawstring and size decide how it handles day to day:

OptionWhat It DoesWhen to Specify
Single drawstringSimple, quick closeGuest-room and light laundry
Double drawstringEven, secure closeHeavy loads, frequent handling
Carry handlesLift and move easilyLaundry rooms, warehouses
Extra-large sizeHolds a full loadBulk linen and storage
Color-codingSorts clean vs soiledHealthcare and hospitality

Choosing GSM for sacks

For a sack, GSM balances breathability against strength. Lighter fabric stays more breathable and folds smaller, which suits guest-room and light laundry sacks; a heavier weight carries more and lasts longer under frequent handling and washing.

Fabric WeightFeelBest For
50–60 GSMLight, breathableGuest-room laundry, light storage
70–80 GSMBalancedGeneral laundry and facility use
90–100 GSMSturdierHeavy loads, frequent handling

What to check when sourcing for a facility

  • Match the size and drawstring to the load and how often the sack is handled.
  • Add color-coding if clean and soiled need to be sorted at a glance.
  • Confirm the fabric is breathable and washable for linen and laundry use.
  • Confirm the exact GSM and whether the PP is virgin or recycled filler.
  • Agree the label or print and a signed-off sample before the run, and confirm consistency across repeat contract orders.

We run fabric, printing, cutting, and sewing in-house, so we can set the size, drawstring, and fabric weight around your operation and hold size, color, and label consistent across a bulk order and repeat contracts. For a hotel group or facility running the same sack across sites, that consistency is what keeps the supply predictable, which is why they keep it with us.
