The production range includes polypropylene (PP) non-woven shopping bags, insulated food delivery cooler bags, promotional tote bags, PP non-woven fabric rolls, and agricultural mulch film.
Insulated bags feature a composite barrier structure: an outer reverse-printed BOPP film, a middle PP non-woven substrate, and an inner lining of aluminum foil or PEVA backed with EPE foam padding. This construction maintains hot or cold temperatures for approximately 2 to 4 hours under ambient conditions.
Fabric weights range from 70 GSM to 120 GSM, with standard specifications at 80 GSM, 90 GSM, and 100 GSM. 100% virgin polypropylene resin provides optimal tensile and puncture strength compared to recycled alternatives. Functional fabric additives are strictly limited to anti-static and UV-resistance formulations.
Standard PP non-woven bags serve as secondary outer packaging and are not rated for direct food contact. Custom composite barrier linings compliant with FDA or EU food-contact standards can be manufactured upon request during initial specification.
Two industrial processes are supported: rotogravure lamination and screen printing. Rotogravure lamination prints full-color (CMYK) graphics onto an outer protective film, delivering waterproof performance and photographic detail. Screen printing applies spot inks (up to 4 colors) directly to the fabric surface, preserving mono-material PP recyclability.
Rotogravure printing requires an electronically engraved steel cylinder for each individual color separation. Tooling costs depend on cylinder dimensions (width and circumference) and total color count. Tooling fees are fully waived on volume orders of 200,000+ pieces (for 2–3 colors) or 300,000+ pieces (for 4 colors).
Artwork must be provided in vector format using AI, CDR, or vector PDF files with all type converted to outlines and spot colors specified in Pantone (PMS) codes. Digital proofs are issued for verification before cylinder engraving begins.
Yes. Unprinted structural samples require 3 to 5 business days, and custom printed samples take approximately 7 business days. Mass production commences following formal sample approval.
MOQs are determined by standard equipment setup requirements:Rotogravure Laminated Bags: 10,000 to 20,000 pieces. Standard Stitched Non-Woven Bags: 5,000 to 10,000 pieces. PP Non-Woven Fabric Rolls: 1 to 2 metric tons. Agricultural Mulch Film: 1,000 square meters.
Yes. Price breaks apply at 10,000, 100,000, and 300,000 units. Tooling cost waivers also apply at qualifying high-volume tiers.
Sample lead time is approximately 7 business days. Mass production typically requires 15 to 20 business days after sample sign-off and deposit receipt. Final timing depends on the factory's production schedule.
Yes, multiple designs and sizes can be combined in a single freight container, provided each SKU satisfies its individual MOQ threshold.
Standard trade terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP. Shipments are dispatched via ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air cargo, or international courier services (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
Bags are flat-packed into heavy-duty, moisture-resistant corrugated export cartons. Insulated thermal bags are packed under controlled compression to protect internal EPE foam integrity. Palletization with stretch wrap is available upon request.
Tracking references and complete export documentation—including the Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB), commercial invoice, and packing list—are issued immediately upon dispatch for real-time tracking.
A three-tier inspection system is maintained: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for fabric GSM and resin verification, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) for seam and print registration, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) compliant with AQL 2.5 standards.
PP non-woven materials comply with REACH and RoHS standards regarding heavy metals, phthalates, and restricted substances. Barrier materials complying with FDA or EU food-contact standards can be supplied upon specification.
Manufacturing operations comply with ISO 9001 quality management standards. Third-party facility audits can be scheduled upon commercial agreement.
In the event of verified defects—such as print misalignment, structural delamination, or seam failure—remediation is handled through expedited reproduction runs or commercial value credit adjustments.
