Custom Nonwoven Zipper Bags

Zippered nonwoven packaging and storage bags for bedding, textiles, apparel, and product kits — built for wholesale supply and repeat branding.

A zipper bag is nonwoven packaging that closes with a zip, so it protects and displays a product and reseals for storage and resale. We build them for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers who need a branded, reusable pack for bedding, quilts, blankets, pillows, apparel, and product kits. The body is PP nonwoven, usually 90–120 GSM, with a heavy-duty zip, reinforced seams, and options like a clear PVC window to show the product, a carry handle, and a gusseted box shape. Print your logo in one color or full color, and the pack keeps working as shelf presentation and brand exposure long after the sale.

Because we run fabric, printing, and sewing in-house, we control the zip type, window, and fabric weight to your product and your supply run, and hold it consistent across bulk orders. Metal, coil, or molded zip; flat or box structure; made to your size, load, and print.

Bedding and Home Textile Packaging

The biggest use for a nonwoven zipper bag is home textile packaging: quilts, comforters, blankets, pillows, and bed-sheet sets. A clear PVC window shows the product on the shelf, the zip keeps it dust-free and lets the buyer reseal it, and a carry handle makes it easy to move. Bedding brands and wholesalers use it as the pack that protects the product in transit and sells it in store.

Apparel and Product Packaging Bags

For apparel, textiles, and product kits, a zipper bag gives reusable retail packaging that a customer keeps and reuses. The zip secures the contents, the nonwoven body resists dust and moisture, and a printed panel carries the brand. Manufacturers and distributors use it to pack and ship goods that need to arrive clean and present well at the point of sale.

Custom Branded Zipper Bags

The flat panel of a zipper bag prints cleanly, so it doubles as a branding surface. We add your logo with silkscreen for solid colors or full-color gravure and transfer for detailed artwork, matched to your Pantone references. For kits, corporate programs, and retail lines, a well-branded zipper bag keeps the logo in use long after the box is opened.

Company factory how we work

FAQs

What products are nonwoven zipper bags used to package?

They are used mainly as packaging for home textiles and products: quilts, comforters, blankets, pillows, bed-sheet sets, apparel, and product or gift kits. The zip protects the contents and lets the buyer reseal the bag for storage and resale, which is why bedding and textile manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers use them as both shipping and shelf packaging.

Can you add a clear PVC window and a carry handle?

Yes. A clear PVC window on the front lets the product show on the shelf, and we can add a carry handle or strap for easy handling. Both are common on bedding and textile packs. Tell us the product size and how it will be displayed and shipped, and we will build the window and handle to suit.

What zipper types do you offer?

We offer metal, coil, and molded plastic zippers, plus invisible zippers for a cleaner look. Heavier products and repeat use call for a stronger zip and reinforced seams. We match the zipper type to the weight of the product and how often the bag will be opened.

Can you print our logo and match brand colors?

Yes. We print your logo with silkscreen for solid colors and full-color gravure or transfer for detailed artwork, matched to your Pantone references. Printing on the flat panel keeps color even across the run, and we send a mock-up for approval before production.

What is your minimum order quantity, and do you support OEM and ODM?

Our minimum order is flexible and depends on the size, structure, and printing, and we support both OEM and ODM: send finished artwork, or give us the product and requirements and we will design the pack. We can produce a sample before you commit to a bulk order, and we quote on standard export terms.

Are zipper bags reusable and recyclable?

Yes. A nonwoven zipper bag is reusable, so buyers keep it for storage rather than throwing it away, and polypropylene is recyclable through soft-plastic recycling streams, though not every curbside program accepts it. We build ours on virgin PP, so the fabric, seams, and zip hold up through repeat use.

Sourcing Nonwoven Zipper Bags for Packaging

What a nonwoven zipper bag is

A nonwoven zipper bag is a bag made from PP spunbond fabric with a zipper closure, used mainly as protective, resealable packaging for products. Unlike a die-cut or drawstring bag, the zip seals the contents fully and reopens cleanly, which is why it is the standard pack for home textiles, apparel, and product kits that need to stay clean in transit and reseal on the shelf. Most run 90–120 GSM, heavier than a shopping bag because the pack is expected to protect the product and be reused.

Options that matter for packaging

A few build options decide how well the bag protects and sells the product:

OptionWhat It DoesWhen to Specify
Clear PVC windowShows the product on shelfRetail display packaging
Zipper typeSets strength and feelHeavy products, frequent reopening
Gusseted box shapeHolds shape, stacks wellBulky items, export cartons
Carry handleEasy handling and carryProducts moved by the buyer
Fabric weight (GSM)Protection and durabilityExport and repeat use

Choosing GSM for zipper bags

For a zipper pack, GSM sets protection and how premium the pack feels. Around 90 GSM is a workable minimum for light textiles; 100 GSM is the common weight for bedding and apparel packaging; and 120 GSM gives the sturdy, structured feel for heavier products and export.

Fabric WeightFeelBest For
90 GSMLight, workableLight textiles, small products
100 GSMStandard, sturdyBedding, apparel, general packaging
120 GSMHeavy, structuredBulky products, export packaging

What to check when sourcing at volume

  • Confirm the zip strength and seam reinforcement match the product weight and how often the bag reopens.
  • Specify the window material and size so the product shows correctly on the shelf.
  • Set the exact GSM and whether the PP is virgin or recycled filler.
  • Agree the print method, Pantone references, and a signed-off sample before the run.
  • Confirm trade terms and packing so the bags arrive ready to fill.

We run fabric, printing, cutting, and sewing in-house, so we can build the zip, window, and fabric weight around your product and hold it consistent across a bulk order and across reorders. That consistency is what a packaging line needs, and it is why textile and product brands keep their zipper-bag supply with us.
