Custom Nonwoven Pouches

Small-format nonwoven pouches for cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, and product packaging — reusable, printable, and made to your MOQ.

A nonwoven pouch is a small, soft packaging bag used to hold and present a single product: makeup and cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, electronics, samples, and gifts. It keeps the item clean and dust-free, gives a tidy branded pack that a customer keeps, and costs far less than a rigid box. We build them from 60–100 GSM PP with the closure you need, a flap, snap, velcro, drawstring, or zip, and print your logo in one color or full color. Brands in cosmetics, apparel, footwear, jewelry, and electronics use them as product packaging, sample bags, and promotional pouches.

Because we run fabric, printing, and sewing in-house, we set the size, closure, and fabric weight to your product and your run, and hold it consistent across bulk orders and reorders. Open-top, flap, or drawstring; single-color or full-color; two-tone splicing and laminated finishes available.

Cosmetic and Jewelry Pouches

The most common use for a nonwoven pouch is small-product packaging: makeup, skincare, jewelry, watches, and accessories. A soft nonwoven body protects the item from dust and scratches, a flap or snap keeps it closed, and a printed panel carries the brand. Beauty and jewelry brands use it as the pack the product ships and sells in, and the customer keeps it to store the item.

Product, Sample, and Dust Pouches

For electronics, footwear, apparel, and hardware, a nonwoven pouch works as a dust bag, a sample pack, or protective packaging inside a shipping carton. It keeps the item clean in transit and on the shelf, and it is light enough to add almost no shipping weight. Manufacturers and distributors spec it as reusable packaging that also keeps their brand in front of the buyer.

Custom Branded and Promotional Pouches

The flat panel of a pouch prints cleanly, so it works as a branding surface for gifts, kits, and corporate programs. We print your logo with silkscreen for solid colors or full-color gravure and transfer for detailed artwork, matched to your Pantone references, with two-tone splicing and laminated finishes for a premium look. A branded pouch keeps the logo in use every time the item is stored.

FAQs

What products are nonwoven pouches used to package?

They are used as small-format packaging for makeup and cosmetics, jewelry, watches, accessories, electronics, samples, and gifts. The soft nonwoven body keeps the item clean and scratch-free, and a printed panel carries the brand, so beauty, jewelry, apparel, and electronics brands use pouches as product packaging, sample bags, and promotional packs that the customer keeps.

What closures can you make on a pouch?

We make flap-and-snap, velcro, drawstring, and zip-top closures, plus open-top styles. The right one depends on the product and how often the pouch is opened. For jewelry and cosmetics a flap or snap is common; for electronics and kits a zip gives a secure reseal. Tell us the product and use and we will match the closure.

Can you print our logo and match brand colors?

Yes. We print your logo with silkscreen for solid colors and full-color gravure or transfer for detailed artwork, matched to your Pantone references, with two-tone splicing and laminated finishes for a premium look. We send a mock-up for approval before production, so the printed sample is the pouch you receive.

What fabric weight do you use for pouches?

Pouches are small, so they usually run lighter than shopping bags, in a range that keeps the pouch soft but protective. A heavier weight or a laminated finish gives a more premium feel for beauty and jewelry packaging. Tell us the product and the look you want and we will spec the fabric weight to match, then confirm it on a sample.

What is your minimum order quantity, and do you support OEM and ODM?

Our minimum order is flexible and depends on the size, closure, and printing, and we support both OEM and ODM: send finished artwork, or give us the product and requirements and we will design the pouch. We can produce a sample before you commit to a bulk order, and we quote on standard export terms.

Are nonwoven pouches reusable and recyclable?

Yes. A nonwoven pouch is reusable, so customers keep it to store the product rather than throwing it away, and polypropylene is recyclable through soft-plastic recycling streams, though not every curbside program accepts it. We build ours on virgin PP, so the fabric and closure hold up through repeat use.

Sourcing Nonwoven Pouches for Product Packaging

What a nonwoven pouch is

A nonwoven pouch is a small, soft bag made from PP spunbond fabric, used to hold and present a single product. It sits between a printed box and a bare product: cheaper and lighter than rigid packaging, but tidier and more protective than none. Because it is soft and light, it adds almost nothing to shipping weight, and because it is reusable, the customer keeps it to store the item, which extends the brand's presence past the sale. Most pouches run 60–100 GSM, lighter than a shopping bag because they carry one small item.

Matching the closure to the product

The closure decides how the pouch is used, so match it to the product:

ClosureFeel & UseBest For
Flap and snapQuick, tidy, reopens easilyJewelry, cosmetics, accessories
VelcroFast open and closeSamples, small kits
DrawstringSimple cinch, soft finishJewelry, dust protection, gifts
Zip-topSecure, resealableElectronics, hardware, product kits

Choosing fabric weight and finish

For pouches, fabric weight sets the feel and protection, and the finish sets how premium it looks. Lighter weight suits sample and giveaway pouches; a mid weight is standard for cosmetics and accessories; and a heavier or laminated pouch gives the premium feel that beauty and jewelry brands want.

Fabric WeightFeelBest For
60–70 GSMLight, softSample and giveaway pouches
80 GSMStandardCosmetics, accessories, general product packaging
90–100 GSMSturdier, premiumJewelry, electronics, high-end gift packaging

What to check when sourcing at volume

  • Match the closure to the product and how often the pouch reopens.
  • Set the size to the product so it slides in and out cleanly.
  • Confirm the exact GSM and whether the PP is virgin or recycled filler.
  • Agree the print method, Pantone references, and any laminated or two-tone finish, with a signed-off sample.
  • Confirm trade terms and packing so the pouches arrive ready to fill.

We run fabric, printing, cutting, and sewing in-house, so we can build the closure, size, and finish around your product and hold it consistent across a bulk order and reorders. For a packaging line running the same pouch on every unit, that consistency is what keeps the pack looking right, which is why brands keep their pouch supply with us.
