How to Order Custom Nonwoven Bags in Bulk
The Custom Specification Path
A custom order moves through three fixed steps. First, the specification sheet: dimensions, fabric weight, structure, closure, and print method. Second, a physical sample built to that sheet, which is where most adjustments should happen — size tweaks, handle length, print placement. Third, bulk production against the signed-off sample. Clients who skip the sample stage usually discover the issues they would have caught at the container stage, so sampling is built into every custom program.
Why Lamination Changes the Print Result
Standard PP fabric is porous, which limits direct printing to spot colors. When branding requires full-color or photographic artwork, the design is printed on a BOPP film and laminated onto the bag. The lamination adds a waterproof, scratch-resistant surface and gives gravure printing its smooth substrate — the reason laminated bags hold photographic detail and Pantone accuracy through long consumer use.
Consistency Across Repeat Orders
Repeat orders are matched to the retained sample from the original run: fabric gsm, seam construction, print colors, and dimensions. Fabric extrusion, printing, lamination, and bag making run on one site, so the variables that cause batch drift stay under one quality system. Standard lead time is 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit, with rush schedules available depending on line loading — ask when submitting your specification sheet.
